Paul is the managing director of TranceForm Ltd. and has been working with people to help them improve their lives since qualifying as an analytical psychotherapist in 1988.
He has a BSc Honours degree with specialisms in Social Psychology and a Master’s degree in Psychology (MSc). Paul also holds a professional diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Oxford College.
Paul is currently working towards a PhD and part of his research involves developing an advanced adaptation of the CBT approach with a focus on what is called “Agentic Shift”.
Mush of this new research has already found its way into Paul’s Tranceformental CBT programme.
Paul has held numerous senior business roles, including an International Post as South European Manufacturing Manager for a $2 Billion turnover American Corporation based out of Castellon-de-la-plana in Spain as well as three board directorships for midlands based manufacturing companies.
He is also a fully qualified occupational health and safety technician with expertise in work-related stress and is a approved supplier of stress and resilience training to the Black Country NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups.

Paul offers all prospective clients a free initial consultation to discuss any problems prior to commencing any treatment plans.
During this consultation he will discuss the various options that are available to you and make a considered recommendation based on your individual personal circumstances.
