How to Take the Addictive Behaviour Quiz

When taking the addictive behaviour quiz try to think about how you have been feeling, or have behaved, during the last 14 days.

Whilst this test does have good validity, it is important to be aware that the possible responses are subjective in nature and so the outcome is the result of subjectivity.

What this means is that this, and all other self-assessment tests, do NOT measure internal biology in the same way that a blood test does.

A blood test allows an objective evaulation to be made, whereas these tests produce a subjective result.

In other words, the results depend on your responses NOT on any biological pathology inside you.
