The Ageing Unplugged Programme Wolverhampton
This is a new programme developed by Terence Watts of the Essex Institute and Joan is one of the first practitioners to offer this new system.
From the very first session you will begin to discover a new vitality in life – and our practitioners make each session thoroughly enjoyable and approachable. They use ordinary everyday language, too, so you don’t have to worry about not understanding anything!
The first session doubles as an assessment process so we can advise you just how much you will be able to get out of the programme… and after that, it’s up to you how often you see the practitioner and how much you do. We like to make it easy to find a better life. Especially since the programme will be customised specifically for you.
And don’t worry if you’re ‘getting on a bit’ because you can easily discover how to get some vitality and enjoyment back into your life. And if you can still bound up the stairs two-at-a-time we’ll help you keep doing that for longer!
After that first session, there are four stages, each of which might cover a few sessions which can be taken on a regular basis or just when you feel like it:
Stage one helps to create positive change almost without you realising it – we help you change what can be changed and how to make the very best out that which cannot. You’ll learn a whole new way of being and discover a whole new you! Start to develop better resilience, optimism and energy.
Stage two: This is where you will start to discover how to delay some of the physical process of ageing, as well as how to cope with some of the ‘stuff’ that life dumps on us all from time to time. Not only that, you’ll begin to be able to let go of past hurts and rejections that have left their mark, even if you don’t realise it, and find a new purpose in life.
Stage three: Moving into the ‘really clever stuff’ here, you will discover how to do some amazingly effective self-help stuff under the guidance of our experts. This is not the sort of thing you might read in a self-help book, but a supercharged personal coaching process.
Stage four: Sustainability is the watchword here – learning how to maintain and continually enhance your new enjoyment of life and how to resolve invisible ‘inner resistance’. This is the ‘jewel in the crown’ of personal improvement processes.
As if all the above were not enough, our practitioners are all skilled in such aspects of life as: Stress management; pain management; hypertension management; self-confidence and self-worth issues; goal setting for seniors and many other issues that most people just don’t know how to deal with on their own.

During this 50 minute consultation Joan will discuss the various options that are available to you and make a considered recommendation based on your individual personal circumstances.
