Author Details

Paul Lee BSc. MSc. is an academic psychologist and practicing psychotherapist who runs his therapy business, along with his wife Joan, in Wombourne near Wolverhampton.

He is currently engaged in Doctoral research with a specific focus on how the social constructions associated with Westernised cultures create and perpetuate human distress as pathological illness and limit a persons ability to cope and overcome those difficulties through the labelling of such problems as medical and objective rather than contextual and subjective.

Paul has recently authored a self-help book based on the work he carried our for his Master’s dissertation designed to help people de-construct the socially imposed mental restrictions associated with Westernised social constructions.
