We offer ALL prospective clients a completely FREE Initial Assessment (Consultation) to discuss your particular issues. This is an excellent opportunity to meet and chat with us BEFORE you decide to proceed with any kind of help. We believe that you should be able to make an “Informed” decision before you make any financial or personal commitment.
We accept payments for any course of psychology using our PayPal facility which offers the highest level of security to purchasers. We also accept cash which you pay at the commencement of any course.
All single sessions are cash please paid at commencement of each session.
Sorry, we do not accept payment by cheque.

Counselling – single session £70 – 10 session course £650 – Counselling services are more general in application and so the number of sessions is normally dependent on how the client feels as it progresses – Dr. Justina Somal Only

Brain Working Recursive Therapy – single session £80 – Terence Watts’s neuroscience based BWRT has been effective over just one session, but is most effective when delivered over approx 3 sessions – Joan

We offer all prospective clients a FREE initial assessment to chat about your problems or your personal development. During this 50 minute consultation we will discuss the various options that are available to you and make a considered recommendation based on your individual personal circumstances.
At TranceForm we believe that therapy & coaching should be a collaboration between therapist and client so it’s very important to be able to meet PRIOR to agreeing any kind of help. Our policy is to help people make a fully balanced & considered decision about undertaking therapy with us, including both the financial and personal implications.
For most mental health issues we recommend following our 10 session Tranceformental CBT Programme (an advanced version of empirically established Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to overcome a wide range of mental health and behavioural problems.
CBT is a proven, evidence-based form of therapy for developing a fundamental level of understanding into the dynamics of your problem, but also for learning new coping skills and strategies for sustainable change over your life.
Tranceformental CBT is available On-line as well as a one-to-one format in the clinic.
