Hi there, I’m Paul Lee and as well as being a Business Psychology Consultant in the Wolverhampton and West Midlands area, I have also spent a number of years as a senior (board-level) executive in the business sector.
I have both a BSc. (Hons) and a Master’s MSc. degree in applied psychology along with over 30 years working in staff development (from an operational perspective).
I have held both domestic and International Directorial positions in businesses ranging from circa £5 million to $2 billion, principally in Manufacturing of speciality plastics, foam conversion and high quality timber fenestration.
I have the following skills and training:
- A BSc. Honours Degree in Psychology & Social Psychology
- A Masters degree (MSc.) in Psychology
- NEBOSH NGC 1,2 & 3 Occupational Health & Safety Technician
- SMMT Change Agent Trained
