Ten Counselling Sessions

This TEN session block of counselling is available with either Paul or Joan at the clinic in Wombourne near Wolverhampton and Online using Zoom with Paul.

Counselling sessions are generally less 'structured' than, for example, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and can provide a 'safe-space' (real or virtual) to discuss any matters that you might feel unable to talk to friends or family about. We adopt a non-judgemental approach and will treat whatever is on your mind with unconditional positive regard (we will recognise the importance and value of your own personal experience).
