Weight Release More Effective than Weight Loss!

If you lose something you tend to want it back!

I heard a Hypnotherapist friend of mine recently say that at his practice they only offer “Weight Release” procedures.

He explained that as our habits, perspectives and everyday processing tasks are managed by our unconscious minds, that if we focus on the idea of “weight loss” that at an unconscious level our minds develop a sense of “cognitive dissonance”, or a sense that “something is not quite right”.

As our unconscious mind is not capable, or designed, to filter out language syntaxes, the idea of  “losing weight” is simply losing something, which is unacceptable to it’s “logic”.

If instead we focus our efforts on letting go, or releasing the unconscious processes (habits) of over-eating then we are setting our unconscious minds up to succeed more effectively.

Weight Management at Tranceform

Hypnotist Joan Lee is a fully licensed Hypno-Band Practitioner and can help you to develop a more helpful approach to Weight Release by using Hypnotherapy to help you change your eating habits.

Weight release hypnosis can help you to firstly identify and to then “re-programme” the thinking styles that lead you to over-eating and therefore help you to develop the skills to release the excess weight that you carry as a consequence of these unwanted unconscious thoughts.

Most people who over-eat recognise quite clearly that they eat more than their bodies actually require for “survival”, but they also believe that they do not have the ability to control their unconscious thought processes that lead to the habits.

The reality is that anybody can re-learn new and more helpful habits by using the right tools and techniques.

Hypnosis is one of those tools and by consulting Joan you too can learn how to effectively develop a weight release mentality.
