Finding Happiness.. at last!
I arrived at Tranceform Psychology for my initial consultation not knowing what to expect but determined that I was going to change my life.
I had paid out hundreds of pounds for counselling (in the past) and expected that to change who I was as a person.
I’d turn up, talk about dark things from my past, listen and despite going weekly and wanting to change I would continue to feel exactly the same.
I was constantly living in the past with horrid memories or spending hours ruminating about the future and what was going to happen – despite not knowing!
I didn’t live in the present and despite being present at beautiful meals out, going on fabulous holidays and seeing family and friends I felt as though I was never there and never able to enjoy what I was actually doing.
I was in the lowest place I’ve ever been when I arrived at Tranceform Psychology, my relationship had broken down with my partner and I was now single, relationships with family and friends were strained and I couldn’t remember the last time I had felt happy.
I had hit rock bottom.
I walked into the clinic wanting to change my life and was determined that I would.
If you don’t have that mind-set you won’t make this work.
You are the key to changing your life, it takes hard work and dedication but from day one I was adamant I would succeed and I have!
I am the happiest I have ever been, a weight has been lifted.
I am more confident, have self-worth and most importantly I now know that whatever life throws at me, I can cope.
I am now choosing to thrive and create happiness, contentment and peace of mind.
It is no coincidence that since I have worked on changing my core limiting belief systems and have increased my self-esteem and confidence, other things in my life have slotted into place with my partner, family, friends and work.

We offer all prospective clients a FREE initial consultation to discuss your mental health issues prior to commencing any treatment plans.
The consultation is free and lasts around 50 minutes.
During this consultation we will discuss the various therapy options that are available to you and make a considered recommendation based on your individual personal circumstances.
Initial consultations are also available as part of our online therapy service.
At Tranceform Psychology we recognise the importance of the therapeutic relationship in helping people to bring about effective change, so its important to be able to ‘meet’ to discuss any therapy treatments BEFORE proceeding.
Our policy is to help people make a fully balanced & considered decision about undertaking work with us, including both the financial and personal implications.
Overcome Your Problems with our CBT Course
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is clinically proven to be effective across a range of different mental health problems.
Using our online learning platform, it is available with 2, 5 or 10 sessions of clinical support either face-to-face in the Wombourne offices, or using Zoom video facilities.
It can also be taken as a self help CBT course that will teach you the fundamental tools and techniques used throughout the mental health profession.
